Default VOX AC15 Heritage

A buddy of mine traded in his Princeton Reverb recording amp for this Vox AC15 Heritage:

Buy Vox AC15H1TV Hertitage Series 15w 1x12 Hand Wired Combo Amp | Tube Combo Amps | Musician's Friend

They are selling on eBay for around $1000.

He absolutely loves it, and it compares favorably to similar products from Badcat according to the reviews. I'm interested in checking one of these out, but it probably won't go on my list before I pick up a Gibson guitar of some sort (LP or ES).

Badcat also makes a Mini-Cat model that is supposed to be great for recording/low volume gigs....They also make an amp that is comparable to an AC15. There is a store in Riverside that has the whole Badcat line up. I drive through that area every once in a while, and I must make a stop there.
