I think any serious guitarist should know how to do basic maintenance on their instruments.....OK.... if the action was good when you bought it, but now seems too high, a couple of twists of the truss rod should make things much better. The neck has probably just adjusted to the tension of the strings and the weather. If that doesn't help, then you'll need to follow the instructions in the Fender Owners Manual (available online @ Fender.com). You'll need the allen wrenches and probably a phillips head screw drivers, and perhaps a feeler gauge (available at an auto parts store). Always perform these adjustments with a new set of strings.
