I just called Eddies, and no go on service I'll have to call around, and see if i can find a decent place to at least get an estimate. Thanks for the help everyone !!

I sent an email to Eddie's and they recommend...

Goez Instrument Repair, they are in Maplewood.

Yeah, a guy at work recommended him too. Supposedly the best in town.. Thanks for checking it out for me . I called a shop near me, and they quoted me $230 to refret it.

Interesting site. Found out that my late '80 Strat '57 Reissue is worth anywhere from $850 to $2500+. Was afraid to check what my Korina re-issue Flying V is worth.
