| I've never seen the T-Rex Alberta, let alone tried one! However, I have used a Tube Screamer in front of my Vox Valvetronix, and it sounded great. It's just that the more I experiment with the amp, the more I find a range of great overdrive & distortion tones that minimize the need for a pedal. |

| My Pods do a fine job at reproducing what a Tube Screamer does....and then some. I've A/B compared the Pods to the real thing, and with this particular effect, even my die hard tube freak buddies where hard pressed to tell the difference. Amp emulation is another story....
