Fender Noiseless are ok....I have them in my Strat and they are good for rooms with "dirty" electricity....a bit compressed at lower volumes, doesn't twang as much as the real deal...also doesn't overdrive a simple Class A amp much without the assistance of a booster....stays quiet when you do. Personally I prefer the "Texas Specials" which are a bit hotter and chunkier sounding for single coils (love them in the bridge position)...but you take a risk of noise if there is interference. I prefer a humbucker in the neck position, to get a fatter tone and some great upper register distorted lead stuff without noise. I have a Duncan 58 HB in my custom relic tele.
